Do I present my Vegas Spa pass to the practitioner for my selected spa treatment?

Yes, unless specified otherwise. Some establishments may have you redeem your pass through www.yobovegas.com or call YOBO at 844.356.0604 to receive actual tickets for your chosen service.

Do I need to call to make reservations for my chosen spa treatment?

Yes. Many spa services have limited appointments and will be booked by availability.

Can a spa service be sold out during a time that I want to go? If so what do I do?

Yes, a spa service can be sold out on any given date or time. If so, you may select another service on the same menu or simply schedule for an available date.

Does my Vegas Spa Pass Expire?

Your Vegas Attraction Pass is valid for one (1) year after purchase. If it is close to expiration and unused you may call YOBO @ 844.356.0604  to re-issue a new one.

Is transportation included?

Some spa services may go to you. We recommend UBER or Lyft for those who don’t , if you are without an automobile in Las Vegas.

May I cancel my reservation with a given spa service if I change my mind?

Please ask the practitioner or spa their cancellation policy when calling to make a reservation. Some may allow it, some may not, and some may charge a cancelation fee.
